Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times We deliver to all major areas in South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 5–10 business days
• Outlying areas: 10–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@furlytails.co.za so we can assist you.
