1. General By accessing and using furlytails.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. FurlyTails reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

- All products are subject to availability

- We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice
- Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
4. Orders
- Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors
- You will be notified immediately and refunded in full if your order is cancelled
5. Pricing
- All prices are in ZAR
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Promotional prices are valid for the specified period only
6. Payment
- We accept payment via PayFast and Peach Payments
- Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and EFT
- All transactions are secured and encrypted
- FurlyTails does not store your payment information
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa
- Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched
- FurlyTails is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or customs
8. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Contact us at support@furlytails.co.za to initiate a return
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
9. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

- Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and communication
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties
