Return Conditions
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
- Email us at support@furlytails.co.za with your order number
- Describe the reason for return
- We will provide return instructions within 24 hours
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of receiving returned item
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective
Defective Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the defective item
- We will replace or refund at no cost to you
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
