Return Conditions

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@furlytails.co.za with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of receiving returned item
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective

Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos of the defective item
  • We will replace or refund at no cost to you

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
