DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Timeframes

Destination Estimated Delivery
Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN) 7–10 business days
Other SA areas 10–14 business days
Remote/rural areas 14–21 business days

Delays may occur due to courier or supplier factors beyond our control.

2. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched
  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch

3. Delivery Address

  • Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout
  • FurlyTails is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses
  • Contact us immediately if you need to change your address after ordering

4. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful the courier will attempt redelivery
  • Uncollected parcels returned to us will incur redelivery costs

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Damaged parcels — take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours
  • Lost parcels — contact us and we will investigate with the courier
  • Resolution takes 5–10 business days
