1. Delivery Timeframes
| Destination | Estimated Delivery |
|---|---|
| Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN) | 7–10 business days |
| Other SA areas | 10–14 business days |
| Remote/rural areas | 14–21 business days |
Delays may occur due to courier or supplier factors beyond our control.
2. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched
- Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch
3. Delivery Address
- Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout
- FurlyTails is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses
- Contact us immediately if you need to change your address after ordering
4. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery is unsuccessful the courier will attempt redelivery
- Uncollected parcels returned to us will incur redelivery costs
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- Damaged parcels — take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours
- Lost parcels — contact us and we will investigate with the courier
- Resolution takes 5–10 business days
